    Description

    Selling this Orlon yarn "Navajo" style afghan kit I purchased in the early 1980s from Herrschners catalog.  It is "Navajo" design in two colors of brown, rust and white.  There are four skeins of dark brown, three skeins of lighter brown, three skeins of rust and six skeins of white.  It is made with an afghan stitch all in one piece using an Afghan Hook 14" Size 10 (not included), Aluminum Crochet Hook Size 6 (G) (not included) and a Blunt End Tapestry Needle (included).  The cross stitch is then embroidered.  I have included a color copy of the original Herrschners page and also the instructions as both have become fragile from storage.  The kit has been stored in a closed cedar chest for 40 years.
