It is the new version of the X lite full-face racing helmet with a high carbon content,
here enriched by an exclusive track set-up (RS - Racetrack Setup).
This consists of: additional Dark Green visor in the box,
aerodynamic appendage (RAS - Racetrack Aerodynamic Spoiler) and exclusive adjustment system
headphone position (LPC Liner Positioning Control).
Furthermore, the already appreciated and consolidated technical characteristics of X 803 ULTRA CARBON are confirmed:
extremely low weight and volume (thanks to the carbon-rich construction
and the availability of three outer shell sizes),
cheek pad removal system
in case of emergency (NERS - Nolan Emergency Release System),
reliable visor mechanism with Double Action device,
effective RAF (Racing Air Flow) ventilation system
and internal comfort padding Carbon Fitting Racing Experience (with innovative mesh construction).
X-803 RS ULTRA CARBON is proposed as the most exclusive full-face racing helmet

FEATURES
NERS - NOLAN EMERGENCY RELEASE SYSTEM (PATENT UNDER GRANT)
This system, whose patent is pending,
allows rescue personnel to remove bearings
cheek pads from the helmet while it is worn by the motorcyclist,
simply by pulling the red ribbons positioned in the front area
of the bearings themselves.
SIDE VISIBILITY
Compared to its predecessor (model X-802RR), X-803
has been improved in terms of lateral visibility.
Consequently, it is able to offer greater driving comfort
and increased active safety.
ADDITIONAL DARK GREEN VISOR
In addition to the original equipment neutral (Clear) visor,
the helmet is accompanied by a Dark Green visor.
This is intended for daytime use only at the circuits
and in particular light conditions (for example, very bright).
In such cases, it can reduce eye fatigue compared to the neutral (Clear) visor. Attention: the Dark Green visor has light transmittance values
below the limits set by the UN / ECE 22-05 regulation and,
therefore, it is not approved.
INTERNAL VISOR RESISTANT TO PINLOCK® FOGGING
The patented adjustment system allows you to adjust the draft of the Pinlock®,
acting from the outside of the visor,
without having to disassemble it.
The silicone profile, adopted under the Pinlock® license,
it allows, first of all, to increase the air gap between the outside and the inside
thus further reducing the risk of fogging and,
secondly, to reduce the risk of scratches to the visor.
DOUBLE ACTION
Device that allows the visor lock function (to prevent opening
accidental at high speeds)
or demisting of the visor at low speed
or in the event of a stop (through minimum opening of the same).
HABITABILITY
Compared to its predecessor (model X-802RR),
X-803 has been improved in terms of habitability in the chin area:
the chin guard has been slightly lengthened,
in order to offer greater static and dynamic comfort.
RACETRACK AERODYNAMIC SPOILER (RAS)
It is an aerodynamic appendage developed with the contribution of Nolan and X-lite official riders, as well as the result of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) studies.

also thanks to the complete overhaul of the rear spoiler.
The adjustable profile of the spoiler has been confirmed, aimed at adapting the aerodynamic flow rate
helmet in relation to different riding positions and styles.
INTERIOR COMFORT PADDING "CARBON FITTING RACING EXPERIENCE"
WITH INNOVATIVE NETWORK CONSTRUCTION
The internal comfort padding is made with active carbon filaments,
thermoregulatory, antistatic and dissipative element.
The cap, with innovative mesh construction,
facilitates the diffusion of air in the upper part of the head which,
in this way, it remains fresh and dry.
The internal padding also consists of
side cheek pads (right and left)
and cover strips, all completely removable and washable.
MONOBLOCK CHEEK PADS
The internal foam padding of the cheek pads
they are designed to offer homogeneity
of pressures and consistency of performance over time
higher than those offered by traditional padding.
Furthermore, they can be extracted from the respective lining covers
in fabric to facilitate washing of the latter.
BREATH DEFLECTOR
Clearly inspired by the rain goggles used in racing,
it is an effective accessory, as it limits fogging.
LPC - LINER POSITIONING CONTROL (PATENT PENDING)
This system, whose patent is pending,
allows you to make a headphone position adjustment which,
for the same size of the helmet, it allows to change the structure of the helmet on the head adapting it to the different needs and anatomical conformations.
ROTATIONAL IMPACT TEST
X-803 ULTRA CARBON
has passed, at the Newton Srl laboratory, the tests relating to rotational impacts
to which the used competition helmets are subjected,
among others, in MotoGP and SBK races. Newton Srl
is an independent, recognized testing laboratory
by the Italian Ministry of Transport for the purposes of homologation of helmets and visors,
in accordance with the ECE / ONU 22-05 regulation.
