Helmets are extremely important for your safety. A high speed collision without a helmet could cause serious brain damage, a cracked/.fractured skull, or even death. All RaceQuip helmets are Snell SA2015 rated at minimum, ensuring you are well protected in emergencies. SA2015 also designates that the interiors of these helmets are made of a fire retardant Nomex lining and fire resistant chin strap and the exterior features fire retardant paint. RaceQuip has also taken great care to deliver a product that is not just aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, but also appropriately priced for a market that is over-saturated in cheap knock-offs that are not approved by the FIA or Snell, and ridiculously expensive helmets that will usually end up only being bought by race teams with large budgets. Featuring extremely light, hand laid Carbon Fiber construction, the Carbon Fiber VESTA15 Helmets are significantly lighter than most typical racing helmets but are stronger than the usual Fiber Reinforced Polymer shells that utilize fiberglass. This helps with comfort and prevents neck and shoulder fatigue during long races. The Carbon Fiber VESTA15 Helmet is dual certified for Snell SA2015 and FIA 8859 which assures that it can be used in most motorsports events around the world.
